garageband help

how come the files you record in garageband are so large? I mean, I export them to itunes but the file size is like 37.6 mb's. Anyone know an easy way to condense them?

hard song to sing, so i didn't htink the vocals were bad at all...the guitar parts not too tough though so i bet you can refine that a lot. make sure your only using downstrokes at the beginning of the verse part.
