hey i just read your thread about putin a cd together, and i gotta say that this song is a long way from being ready to put on a cd.  As someone mentioned earlier, the song just has no point.  I mean, the riff at the beginning sounds alright, but then after that it becomes a mix of erratic strumming on fairly typical chord voicings, which is in a word, pointless.  keep working on it, and post another recording.

its not poorly written, but poorly executed and organized. play it standard tuning, it will sound better in my opinion. you are allowed to stop strumming at some point. a well written song is a balance of noise and silence. there is potential there tho.
