so this is my first real attempt at recording anything, it's "father and son" by cat stevens

please critique this, i tried to make it follow cat steven's recording. if people want i'll post what i recorded it with

Guitar sounds good. Sounds like your singing is a little off key at times and you need a little work on singing the melody. If you work at it, I don't think you are too far off from getting it down good. Nice work!

anyone have any criticism on the recording quality/effects? like i said this was my first real attempt so im looking to improve.

the recording and effects had a real pleasing effect. i like the stripped down feel. I think you did good by not crowding the music.
