That gave me some hope. They know what the fans like. It seems that he's trying to put some stuff out that will please the fans, hopefully moreso than SU.

The biggest thing that I took away from that little blurb is that he has 50 ideas. That could mean that they are still writing the same way they did during Stand Up in that fast-paced, anything goes kind of environment which doesn't suit them well. But in all honesty, who really knows. Hopefully some solid news is coming soon.

"I just got back from spending the weekend at Okemo mountain an I met Stefan there. He was one of the nicest people I have ever met. I did not really talk to him very long because he was with his family and I did not want to bother him, but I did ask him how the album was coming and he said it was complete and would be released in the early summer. I also asked him what type of music would be on it and he said many of the 06 songs and that there was also a mix of some new stuff and some older songs that didnt make previous albums. Just thought I would share this with you fellow ants."

Album's finished and early summer release = plausible.

Dunno about it having '06 songs, new songs, AND old songs on it though.

I hate to say, but I'm almost already positive that I'm not going to like this album. I just can't compare any of the latest albums with their early work. It all is just so...boring and bland compared to the likes of UTTAD for example. I really can't imagine this new album as being much different from Stand Up.
