live albums opinions?
hi everyone, i'm compiling a sort of "best of dmb live" mix for a friend of mine, and i want to make the best set list possible. i want it to flow well and be a good mix of songs, just like an actual set would be. my question is: some of the songs appear on more than one of the live albums (ddtw, 41, two step, etc...) and i was wondering if there as a general consensus as to which versions are the best. naturally these are only opinions, but i want to hear what people have to say. also, if you have a good idea for a "setlist" feel free to post it...i plan on using two 80 minute cd's, so it'll be pretty close to real dmb live album. thanks.

Because 5/20/98 #41 is a pure audio orgasm.
Recorded shows <> bad quality. You're limiting yourself pretty greatly by saying released-only.yetanotherone wrote:well, i want them all to be of good sound quality, so i'd prefer it to be released albums only...that and i've had a rather difficult time getting involved with trading, and i only have one show...
