are you really talking about tims part, or boyd's violin plucking? just making sure you have your instruments straight.eze3484 wrote:the exact moment I got hooked was when I first listened to Two STep off of Crash and Tim came in with his lead guitar part. I thought it was the most amazing thing for being so simple, it fit so well. That's still the only version of that song I have on my computer, for some reason none of the live ones measure up for me.

I got Crash from BMG one of the many times I was a member and could get tons of free cd's. I couldn't stop listening to it. It was all great. Then some of my friends were going to a concert at Nashville in 1998. I was blown away seeing them live. The next day I bought BTCS, and UTTAD. It was nonstop Dave for weeks. Been hooked since. There's not really a song that got me hooked.
About the Charlie Rose show, that's what made me want to learn guitar. Seeing Dave play the Stone solo was one of the most incredible things I had seen.
