what is expected? the studio of some songs he played in the summer tour and some new or a completely fresh batch of songs?
a fresh batch would make me excited

I think a fresh batch of songs right out of the studio would stack up to be another horrid excuse of an album. They should just do what they did in the past, and use road-tested songs.

As for what they are actually going to do, there is no information on it at the moment.

the onyl reason I/we said that because each time i see a new post in this thread, i am anxious to read it thinking there may be some new album news, but each time, i am sorely let down.

i dont get why everyone talks shit on stand up. it has good songs like american baby, dreamgirl, hunger for the great light, old dirt hill, hello again, stand up. and i mean stolden away and evrybody wake up are decent.
people just seem to hate them but idk theyre that bad.

Aside from the horrid grammar used to type that...

The reason people can't stand most every song on Stand Up is because its nothing good compared to the older DMB stuff that a lot of us have been fans of for a long time. I've only been a fan for about five years now, but its still long enough to know what they're capable of, and Stand Up is not their shining moment.
