How do you play these chords

hey guys, im learning how to play You Won't See Me by the Beatles, and im not sure how to play a few chords. Here is the part of the song with the chords

D6 Dm6 A
Time after time you refuse to even listen.
B7 E7sus4 E7
I wouldn't mind if I knew what I was missing.
(No I wouldn't no I wouldn't)

The chords i need to know are D6, Dm6, B7 and E7sus4

not sure about the D6 and Dm6, but B7 is x24242 and E7sus4 is 020200

Right on man. but you can still play the root like xx0202 and xx0201.

D is "D, F# & A" and the 6th of D is B. so it's a D chord with a B in there too. you could play it like x20232.

Dm is "D, F & A" and the 6th is still the same B. so you could play DM6 like x20231 or xx3201 depending on whether you want that F doubled or the D doubled, and where you want that 6th to sound (in the chord or as the bass).

its really not that hard to remember that stuff if you apply it to the fretboard, especially since D is such a common chord/key
