"Where are you going" strumming tabs?

I was wondering if anyone knew the tabs or chords for playing the strumming part of "Where are you going" in half-step down tuning? I saw a video on youtube of someone playing it this way and I think Dave sometimes plays it this way but I am not sure. I was just wondering if anyone ever tried it that way before?
