Gray street alternate chorus

Hi all. I´m pretty new in the forum, but you have already helped my a lot.

I know that the tab in the page for grey street is right, but I've been playing the chorus in a different way, that I do believe is a lot easier because of the chords transtition. Here it goes, tell me what you think.

I love this song. One of dave´s best lyrics, adn the feeling he puts when he sings the chorus is amazing.

Thanks for the comments you all. As I said before, I know it might sound better with the well known chords, but for example for my type of voice it sounds better with this chords because of the high range I can hit.

everything but your last chord fits, that doesn't fit, cause its an Em, and its supposed to be a G, someone correct me if i'm wrong, but Em is G's relative minor, thats what might have made you wanna put it there

Just another sidenote, but I assume you mean for that F# to be an G in that last chord.
