What do I have to use to open up the SHN files or the songs that I download from the conccerts?? HELP!

antsdownloader is what you need to get the show, then use mkwact to convert the SHN's.

I tried to use that but it says ".NET Frame was not found" or something

You need to read the ants FAQ. that will explain what you need to do, you need a certain .net framework.
