Tears in Heaven...Apps cover

Does anybody have Apps Tears in Heaven cover...I downloaded it and for some reason it seems to have erased itself from my computer. Either that or I'm just too stupid to figure out what really happened to it. Anyway if anybody has it and can send it to me over AIM or even post it somehwere. Thanks
