Guitar set-up

so i currently don't have my takamine, it's at guitar center getting a 'set-up' and also having a strap nut installed at the base of the neck...i was wondering if anyone has had their guitar set-up recently and if there is a dramatic difference in sound quality and/or maneuverability (sp?) of chords??

it seems like forever to not have my guitar for 3 days and possibly over the whole weekend...

What model Takamine do you have?

I'm getting my Tak 334sc and my Gibson SG set up at the end of the week.

Thank God Guitar Center has good prices, because other than that, they treat people like crap and don't take care of their products.
