Has anyone actually been to a concert. not heard. been to a concert where one of the band members screws up. and boyd being out of tune doesn't count.....but seriously, like dave breaking a string....forgeting lyrics....roi forgetting to come in.....junk like that.

yea, he forgot the lyrics to #41 at my acoustic concert...most of the time he forgets lyrics it's hard to tell though, cause he's so good at making up stuff. and Tim messed up on one of the slides on Pay for what you get. Dave smiled and then gave him a look then shook his head, it was kinda funny.

At MTV crashing the quarter, one string broke, dunno which song.
at some solo performance (in Seattle I think), he screwed up the first messure of the One Sweet World verse.
on the benyora show he forgets he's in drop d momentarily for barteneder (this land is your land....). you see it in face when he realizes that he's not playing a G. nice.
boyds glasses fell off his face during so much to say at a show i went to, and dave stopped playing to reach down and put them back on his face... then started dancing around like crazy while going back into the song

I dont know if this is what ryopan is talking about but Ive seen dave a few times, on video not in person, when he accidentally starts singing the this land is your land outro to bartender instead of ddtw.
The show I went to on 9/09/03 they messed up Ants, but Carter covered it very well. It was just during the funk intro, but I got a copy of the show and realized that yes they did mess up

haha, yeah i noticed that too...i got a copy of that one...did you notice (you had to've) in watchtower too, when the music stops and Dave sings "THE WIND BEGINS TO!!!" and the speakers are buzzing out of whack...sounds just terrible...it's a great show though, has a little character....and also leroi messes up in bartender i think with a high pitched note that doesn't sound right...
I was at the 8/25/03 show at continental airlines in jersey and dave messed up the ending to warehouse where he hits each string separately and then does one up-strum, he only got the low E and then the B before messing up the rest...it was kinda funny i sat behind the stage and he turned around to look at carter and laugh...good times
