Keller Williams (your help firedancer)

Hey Firedancer, or anyone else who knows, do you have any pointers on playing keller style? Do you use a pick (i normally just play with my fingers) I'm basically wondering how you go about playing keller with the right hand. I just can't figure it out and i think its a problem with technique.
