YAY. Best day ever.

So, I was walking through the Pacific Centre in Vancouver today, and I decided to cross the street to go over to the other section of the mall. As I'm walking across the street, I look over at the Four Seasons Hotel and notice two buses with blacked out windows parked at the entrance. I ran over and saw Butch Taylor getting on the bus. Holy crap. A few moments later, Boyd walked out of the hotel and signed some stuff for some other guys hanging out too. In the excitement and trying to find something for him to sign, I missed the chance to meet him. A couple minutes later, Carter and Leroi came out and walked over to the bus. Carter said he'd be out in a second to sign our stuff. Sure enough, he came out and signed the stuff and had a picture taken with us. He was joking around with us the whole time. Nicest guy ever. So all in all, best day of my life.

I MET CARTER BEAUFORD!!

I had to tell someone. I'm going to the show tonight and then The Gorge on thursday. I'm extremely excited.

whoa. congrats, man! i heard that carter's one of the nicest guys in the world. i'm jealous, mate.

oh man my friend's cousin's friend (I know this sounds like a long shot but they're close) got backstage passes to a DMB show and got to meet Carter. I was so jealous.

Man cant help but love carter regaurdless if youve met him enough one look in him and theres no doubt in your mind that hes the nicest person in the world.

Thursday night at The Gorge kicked so much ass. Lawn seats were really fun. I was the runner.. got a sweet spot.

Friday morning we were on our way home when we saw some tour buses at a hotel in one of the nearby towns.. and of course we had to go check it out. There was a small crowd of people hanging out by the tour buses and we got to meet Leroi when he came out to autograph everybody's stuff. We got talking to one of the crew members and he offered us tickets for that night's show when he heard that we couldnt get tickets. Very cool. We booked in to the hotel and went out for lunch. When we got back to the hotel Boyd was out signing stuff and we got to meet him then too. So lucky. We arrived at the box office that night and picked up our tickets.... 12th row center! sooo sweet. The show was great.

All in all, an incredibly lucky adventure.
