Can someone give me the tab with strumming patterns to this song. I have no trouble playing the begging chords but when it turns to the

with variations is what getrs me I cant seem to get it right even after listening to the song a thousand times... So anyone that could help I would be grateful.

I also hit the low E string as the bass note on the third chord:
