"all fall down" note: I don't care if Dave's
playing a D for the first chord, I like the
relative minor better.

here's what I do for standard tuned You Never Know:
I take a capo and put it on the lowest 5 strings at the seventh fret (leaving the high E open). THen i just use the raised B tab to play it with the capo and leave the high string open the whole time. That seems to be the most accurate way to play it that I could come up with.

there is a tab on here for playing it with a capo

just so ya know, it's kinda my interpretation, it's not completely accurate...I chose voicings that I liked and that I thought flowed well with doing some of the changes (pre-chorus). Some chords are complete overdubs like the first "all fall down" chord. Dave's playing a D basically but I think a B-minor, which is the relative minor and thus very similar to D anyways sounds a lot better. but yeah, I tried to maintain accuracy as much as possible for you guys because I know you're sticklers about that...but don't expect the perfect way to play it in standard...
