question about tunings
question about tunings
i saw a cool vid of a guy playing in DADGAD, so i tuned my guitar to it, and have been messing around.. i only know stuff in standard tuning, drop D, the iron and wine song "communion cups and someones coat", and capo sutff... im wondering if anyone has a site that has DADGAD chords, so i know what chords can be played where... thanks

Dont know of any sites mate. But I play a few tunes in DADGAD. Mainly White Summer/Black Mountain side by Zeppelin. Also Kashmir. Check these out as they are, for me, the ultimate in DADGAD. I warn ya though they probably arent for people new to the guitar (dont know how long you've been playin).
You'll find good tabs for WhiteSummer/Black Mountain on http://www.tabsolutely.com. I suggest you try and get a copy of the tune tho as you need to hear it before you can use the tab.
