two things....

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

two things....

Post by matthews123 »

1. are there any songs where dave doesnt use a pick? i played lover lay down without one then i tried it with one and it sounds much better so this question sprang to mind.

2. does anyone have a tab for bartender live? like the one he does on storytellers. just wondering cuz i cant tell if hes using a different strum or something like that. anyways all help is appreciated.
if i were giving advice to someone on how to fly.....

id probably say throw yourself at the ground..and miss.

Its on this site  In storytellers he uses a constant up and down stroke strumming , he has done that on the KFOG radio i think its called ? If i remember correctly ;) Other times he just puts a little more rhythm to the strums , download the Bartender video from Farm Aid 2002 , thats should clear it up for you :)
