Thanks for this dude. But when i try to download it says it gonna like take 10 minutes and doesnt recognise the format? Any clues?

That's because you need to decode the file to a .wav file before you can listen to it. A great program that can do this is Trader's Little Helper: http://thor.prohosting.com/roh0205/. Just click on the 'decode' tab, click the file you want to decode and click decode and you're done. That will convert the file to a .wav file.

where from? im not registered at DT or anything? I have really no idea how to d/l torrents?! Any chance of them showing up here?

Signing up for DTree is quick and painless (all you need is an email so you can verify your account). Then you need to download a torrent program like uTorrent (very good program). Go to dtree, click on the show you'd like the dl, click the bold link near the top of the page and your torrent program should open up and take it from there. You may need to do some fooling around with your internet connection (like port forwarding) if you want a faster download and upload. You can find ways to do that at portforawrd.com
Although you might be able to dl/ul shows with the internet settings you currently have.
