Ok So I want to make a set up that allows me to run my mic through my Boss loop station and my mic. Now I want to be able to switch between the two So I can go from recording vocal in the looper and back to the Mic channel on my amp using a foot-switch (the '?' in the pic). Anybody have any idea where I can pick one of these up and if they even exist?

That is exactley what im looking for, but If I get that one Ill have to get two XLR --> 1/4 adaptors. Is there one of these that is specifically for mics? I dont want to run the mic through the rc-20 all the time because then I cant use the equalizer and effects on my amp. Thanks

I have never seen one specifically for mics. However, I don't think it'd cause a lot of issue if you're using a dynamic or a condenser mic. With a dynamic, just use an XLR>1/4 cable, and with a condenser, you're going to have a mic pre to provide phantom power anyway, and you can just use the 1/4 out on that.
I think you should try just not using one of these though. I really don't see how having it off in the signal chain is going to effect your use of the amp's effects and EQ at all.

Im using a standard SM-58 mic, so Im not concerned with phantom power. It would be sweet to find one designed for mics so I wouldnt have to buy 4 ( Boss to cable, Boss into box, Box to amp, Box to mic) XLR -> 1/4 jacks because they are expensive (16$ @ radioshack) and they are bulky and combersome. But It look as if I might have to take that route, Id like to get a AB-2 just because I like the Boss style and durability. My amp has a seperate channel for a mic and one for guitar, the mic channel has its own set of effects and options. When its going out the looper its on the guitar channel, which has its own set of effects. Thats why I want to do this whole thing. Thanks so much for the help so far slimer.

I might end up doing this. I marked all the spots for jacks with those yellow circles. The jacks are like 3 inches long and 1 inch diameter, which is shitty. It would be that much more gear to haul around and more things that could possibly go wrong.
