is it just me, or did anyone ever get their packages in the mail? whats taking so long for randall's island? i want my 35$ back

do you get the package when you renew? i got my package when i first signed up, but didn't get anything after i renewed in january ( i think january?)

It's really not that much money, and the chance to get tickets in advance is better than nothing. Also, I always receive my warehouse package.
