new tuner

i just bought a new tuner, but it seems to be slightly sharp on every note, im not really sure what to calibrate it to. it says its at 421Hz when i turn it on. im not really sure what Hz it should be at though. annny suggestions?

i'm not smart with this stuff either but at the center of my tuner it says 440... i dono if that the hz or whatever your talkin about. pretty sad i've never noticed that until now... but i think if you tune it to a lower frequency you'd be a little flat vs sharp... i dono

Concert pitch is 440Hz. That's where you want it.

I'm almost sure instruments are tuned to a pure A note, which has a frequency of 440Hz.
