I highly recommend tuning down a half step and playing some Alice in Chains, their songs are very easy to play

And phish, if you really want a challenge.
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away

I suggest either learning some classic rock(led zep, pink floyd ...etc.), or just go the opposite and learn some metal. Focus on a different style for a while and just see how good dave's style helps you learn different styles.

I'd have to say O.A.R. is as easy at gets to jam to. There rhythm parts are all very simple, and most of the solos are pentatonic scale based.

I would say what ever your favorite bands are man, jam to those!!! Thats always the most fun
