This is the first song I ever wrote, and I've written over 30 songs. I think it was written a little over two years ago. It was recorded just a few minutes ago as a single track with a Taylor 314ce, and I think it's my best recording of this song yet. It's called "With Me" and can be found at the following link:

Wow, this one is very nice. Its got a good little style going to it. This sounds like it should be on some officially released cd, with a record contract going. The only qualm I had with it was the use of "Fuckin" in the chorus...I think the swearing sort of brings the song down to a more juvenile level intellectually, since I dont really feel its necessary to convey the meaning of what youre saying. But great job man...the little picking riff you've got going for that, combined with the melody, is a winner.

thanks....i don't really remember what I was thinking when I wrote it, but I was probably a little intoxicated. The only drug reference I meant to put in was the weed one. I guess the extacy line could be interpreted as a drug reference, but I just meant utter bliss, not drugs. I've thought about changing the weed part, but the whole feeling of the song to me was kind of a nervous/desperation/one night stand kind of thing...and weed is definately relaxing in that situation.
