Post by Twostep13 »

my buddy just got the guitar hero game for PS2, it comes with a little SG, and is kinda like dance dance revolution where there are 5 button at the top of the neck and a little flat like switch thing you use to strum.... its one of the funnest games ive ever played , im thinking about getting a ps2 just for this game its so fun.. and im sure it would help strengthen your fingers.... anyone else play it?

it helps to know the songs becuase then you know when the solos come in and the rythem and everything.. but you really need no guitar experience to play it at all.. but even if youre an expert you'll still have fun, my friend who got it has been playing guitar for about 15 years, and will not put it down

i highly recommed getting it if you like guitar and have a ps2

and you dont use the regular ps2 controller, the controller is actually about a half scale SG, that plugs into the ps2, with 5 button in the neck, one on each of the first 5 frets

Funnest is not a word, sorry.

I really do want to try this game, seems really fun.

Technically, no funnest is not a word, but I believe it's pretty widely accepted in general usage, kind of like the not-a-word ain't.

As far as the game- it sounds sort of fun, but I thought that about that Donkey Kong bongo game on GC and I couldn't have been more wrong.

It's kind of this thing we do. It's mostly done jokingly. I wouldn't worry about it too much.
