hand rubbed finish

my guitar has this, and i'm wondering how i can clean the body of the guitar, its starting to get some smudges on it where my arm rubs against it, and i'd like to be able to clean it off as best i can

i have a bottle of planet waves' mirror finish spray, will this be ok to use on it? or should i get something else

same thing is happening to mine. Only mine is changing color too

unfortunately that is now less of a worry, because my new strings are buzzing...crap
