I caught on fire last night

you guys will feel my pain...i was at my sisters house last night and was leaning up against her kitchen counter. Little did i know there was a candle behind me, and all sudden i was like "man my back is hot" and walked away from the counter and someone yelled "your back is on fire!". I put it out with my hand, burning my hand obviously but it worked. I almost thought about doing that stop drop and roll crap we all learned in kindergarden but i had a beer in my hand so that was out! BUT the crappiest part is that i was wearing my dave and tim tour t-shirt i bought at west point!!! CRAP it was the first (and last) time that i wore it too!! Now it has a burn hole big enough to fit my head through!!!! so much for that 25 bucks![/code]

That really DOES suck. In my opinion this is the first DMB/D&T tour shirt that was actually WORTH paying $25.00.

I guess we can all learn a valuable lesson from this...uh...never wear a D&T shirt while drinking a beer near candles...yeah I think that's it.

You might get lucky and Warehouse may put some extra shirts on the site in a few weeks now that the tour is over. Best of luck to you on that one!

sucks about the shirt. man, my very first dave shirt was finally thrown away cuz it had turned into a hole-filled rag after a few years. sad stuff.
avoid them candles.

Sup guys thanks for the condolences. As long as i get over "the loss" of my shirt it will be one for the story books and should be a good laugh. I'll probably just end up hanging it on my wall as a momento. ahhh good times. How often do we need to be reminded that drinking is bad!!
