Central Park soundcheck video...

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Central Park soundcheck video...

Post by djmmjd »

There was a video that came out awhile back that someone taped on their digital camera during Central Park's soundcheck. It was only about 30 seconds long and the band was playing an unknown riff that was very simple yet very pretty, and I remember thinking, I hope they make that into a song. I have the video burned on cd somewhere, but I can't find it and I'm wondering if anyone has it tabbed out or has the video.

If I can find the video, I can tab it myself....but I'm curious if anyone else knows what I'm talking about or already knows how to play it.

I had my computer deleted and lost all my mp3s so its been awhile since I heard Butterfly.......and now that I posted it....

Are we still sure its Butterfly?...cause I don't remember Butterfly sounding like that.

And I feel like a dick for asking, but can someone post the best version(s) of Butterfly they have?

That is not Butterfly. It's probably one of the countless DMB songs that we will never hear.

you don't need to feel bad about asking. this is what the forums are for.

this is the only version i have, its from the dave and friends tour. i know there is a video of dave doing it solo for something. i might have it, but i have to run to work now.

Well the Central Park concert was summer 2003, so that's my best guess.
