Crush Jam Outro - Storytellers

Does anyone know the tab for the outro jam that D/T play? Its pretty short but it has a cool percussive rhythm/chromatic sound to it. Thanks

I'm still not getting what TIm plays during the crush outro - he goes up the neck and plays something - does anyone know what that is that he is playing?
