Sattelite CHORUS

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Sattelite CHORUS

Post by MahlerGrooves »

So I was listening to a Live D&T recording of this, and the Tab on the main site does not match what they seemed to be playing. Are they just playing Ab-Db-Bbm-Eb barre chords when they play live? And is this better than playing the tabbed version when only playing solo?

It should be right. I have played along to many DVD's and have had no problems with the tabs.

I doubt it.

Code: Select all

"Winter's cold..."
*See finger chart for this section
E:--------------------------
B:--------------------------
G:----6/8---8--8----8----8--
D:----6/8---6--6----6----6--
A:-------------4----x----6--
E:-4----------------6-------

The only thing I can think of is that he goes through these parts pretty fast(G#, slide part, G# & D#, and the G#sus4), so I don't know if that's throwing you for a loop???

That's prob it. It is just so hard to figure out what he does sometimes, as he is SUPER fast.

For us living any other ways was nuts. with all the goodie-goodies working shitty jobs for bum pay checks, took the subway work and worried about their bills were dead. they were suckers, they had no balls. if we wanted something we just took it, and if anybody complained twice they got hit so hard believe me they never complained again
