On my two top strings (that's high E and B) on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th frets, I'm noticing a pretty good dent in the frets. What will this run me to get done? What if I went ahead and got it set up, refretted, and had a bone nut and saddle installed? Or how do I know when I need the refretting? The dents right now are just deep enough to feel if you run your finger along the fret.

if its not interfereing with your playing there is no reason to get it done. I have visible dents in my acoustic but it plays fine. it will probably cost about 100. its no small job.
