On my two top strings (that's high E and B) on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th frets, I'm noticing a pretty good dent in the frets. What will this run me to get done? What if I went ahead and got it set up, refretted, and had a bone nut and saddle installed? Or how do I know when I need

if its not interfereing with your playing there is no reason to get it done. I have visible dents in my acoustic but it plays fine. it will probably cost about 100. its no small job.

on my second fret right bellow the b string it is sooo wore down. I think its cause I played WWYS for like 3 months straight!
