New York City Serenade

So I've been playin the guitar for about a year. I learned all the chords, but still don't have a great ear for learning music on my own. Recently I heard the version of Bruce Springsteen's "New York City Serenade" done by Pete Yorn and I thought it was great! Buuuuuuut even though it doesn't seem that difficult, I'm having trouble figuring out the chords he is playing! Could someone help me please!
