Interesting finding

So i was searching ASCAP for something on an atists music i want to use in a film soon. So im searchin for tim, and some stuff is listed, and it says David John Matthews close by, so i clicked it, and i found allot of stuff i didnt expect to be copywrited, some very rare stuff... amog them,
After Her
Get In Line
and People People
Blue Water
I also found some songs that I've never heard off,
ALL THE SAME
ANYTIME WE CAN STOP
COUNTING THE STARS
Now I would just over look this and not think of it again. but i noticed hello again, joy ride, and sugar will in that list. So it seems that the 3 best songs from this summers tour are already copywrited ans in the books, we know hello again and joy ride are on the album. If what im thinking is right, anf this is all speculation, this could mean sugar will is on the CD, so are those 3 new titles above, also flaming moe said that they were gonna retry some old songs... get in line has been speculated and people people as well... but who knows?

again this is all speculation, but i thought it was interesting.

If they are in the same list with Get in Line and People People, I wouldn't get my hopes up, but it is possible.

damn! my parents are on the phone. SOMEONE call and ask about when those unknown songs were copywrited or whatever. If it was recently, around the same time as joyride we can assume its been written for the album. If it was written around the same time as After Her, its forgotten.
those things all must have documented dates of when they were... what is that? copywritten?

well i dont think theyd copywrite a song they never played. crazy easy isnt even on there. but yeah someone call it.

and we can rule out counting the stars, it was co writen by ballard, and we can kinda rule out him and dave working recently. the rest are all dave.

COUNTING THE STARS = i forget but it is the old title of a song
