song idea...please listen

this is an idea ive had for a while...i just dug up the recording and wanted any suggestions. i also have tab of it for anybody with a lot of lead knowledge-id like to know some scales and such to use.

thanks....i know my strumming pattern needs some help but that's because i was using a pick-i don't usually play with one but the sound wasn't crisp enough. i'll definitely do the whole thing, but as for lyrics...i can't sing. oh well.
