I know you already mentioned him, but listening to Keller Williams is a good idea to develop as a musician IMO. Listening has many advantages, not just practicing/playing someone elses songs.

Ben Kweller.

If you're looking for new music to learn and develop then maybe you shoulod get away from the accoustic stuff and try different bands. Cream, Led Zeppelin, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath, Pearl Jam, Hendrix, Doobie Brothers, The Strokes, Weezer, Sublime, etc.

As much as I love DMB, it is nice to not listen to any of his stuff for a week and try different stuff or just listen to some other stuff that I have liked for awhile.

I have done the same thing for my guitar practice. I am not going to play any Dave on guitar for a week and just work on other stuff like Zeppelin, Pearl Jam, Chilli Peppers. It occurred to me this weekend, I went back home to AnySmallTown USA and one of my cousins husbands brought his guitar back, so we got together and played. He was playing all sorts of stuff and all I was really good at was DMB and a few other songs.
