newbie too much Q

hey all,

i was just wondering how you have to play the intro without hitting the D string, fingerpick or what? ne help would be appreciated thanks!

practice. i hate being this guy....but its true. just practice. you'll soon find a way to let your fingers get in the way of that string. haha.

well there are two answers kinda:
either mute the two A D strings. i dunno what fingers you're using to play, but if you do it the way the tab says, mute with your index finger.(on the first cord) and ring finger for the other cords. just lay it over the strings.

second. you CAN, and probobly SHOULD play the D string. let it ring out open. just mute the A string
