Strum pattern for some Cat

What is the strum pattern for Cat Stevens - Father and Son?
I tried to listen but i cannot hear shit because im deaf.

It's really not all that difficult..
it starts on a G(DU)hammer from open with a Downstroke to a C

DMBfan63, I was wondering what tab you use for "Father and Son" I know there are some at the fan site. Do you use those or another one. B/c I have been using that one but some of the chord changes are pretty quick and I can't seem to get them down while playing along.
