Any ideas what these could be?

Hey, lately I've been noticing these red splotches that are a little raised along the knuckles of my left hand. Anyone have a clue as to what these might be or is it just inflamation from playing?

I have a theory that involves you and a woman, or was it a man!?...just kidding...I dont know about splotches though...Is it swelling or is it a rash/dry skin?

not dry or itchy but just redness on my knuckles on both sides (no red in the middle). Just strange stuff
