I decided to go with the stew mac 000 guitar kit instead of building a guitar completely from scratch. Im going to take pictures of the process as I go along, so tell me what you think:

If you screw the guitar up, it can still double as a clothesline.

It's alot cheaper to build than buying a new taylor or martin.

Martin, Stew mac, LMI are supposed to be the best. The martin kits have alot more completed parts, so you probably wont learn as much, but Im sure it will still sound good.

well not too much, Im probably going to add a pickgard, and I might replace the plain white binding/rosette material with strips of koa, but Im not sure about that one.

well since its my first guitar to build it might be best to start out on something where you just have to peice things together, then move up to a more expensive and harder stew mac, cause those looked nice too.
