Little ants incline thing...

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Little ants incline thing...

Post by Trippin Hillbilly »

Guys, I need help.

I've noticed that Dave plays this with the band but it's not on the tab here.
It comes in right after the chorus.

I believe Winglet has it on his site but it sounds wrong in my opinion.
You can hear it at these times on UTTAD.
01:12 till 01:15
and
02:02 till 02:05
and
03:19 till 03:22

Your help is appreciated.
Cheers

Ah, I gotcha.

Just listened like 342985 times, he's definately not playing anything, he just waits for his cue then goes back into the verse.

Nope but it is on the Gorge dvd if you change the view to the Dave cam, you'll see it.
Sorry I should have said that earlier but I just remembered.

I know what you're talking about , where it looks like he's sliding on a G chord and then goes down to like the 12th fret and does something? I've only watched it once but I think I know what you're talking about.

No, those are just the fills he uses in the jam. This is actually part of the song. It's bugged me for a while. Check out the Dave cam on the Gorge dvd.

OK. I just watched the Gorge DVD on the Dave cam, and he plays the regular slides. You can see it clearly. You must be hearing/seeing things.

Unless you wanna give me a specific time on the DVD that you see it?

EDIT: Shit, I see it, before Boyd's solo. All it is some octave chords. lemme tab them for you.

That's what it is. You can see it better on Carter's cam.

Do the people on these boards rock or what?
You're only as strong as the tables you dance on.
