would this be more useful than a PDI?

Thats so weird because I was just looking into the same thing myself. Its specifically designed to work with the ultrasound amps so I think it would be pretty usefull. After watching that taylor expression system dvd it kinda dawned on me that I need a mixer and this is supposedly very good and fairly inexpensive.
