when did you start playing guitar?

Just curious to see at what age people started playing and how long they've been playing for. I've been playing for a little over 4 years now, I started at the end of eighth and got my first guitar during my freshman year.

Not quite a year..maybe after a couple more weeks it will be officially a year. I'm loving it too. Who ever invented the guitar is Da Man!

hmm...about a year and 5 months- i play so much that it seems like longer, but im also so busy with other stuff that i havent had the time to learn much theory yet... maybe this summer

i got about a year and a month or something like taht, but i'm the same as dreaming tree. its like i've been playing for years, and people have a hard time believeing me when i say i've been playing for a year.
