torrent?

ok so i just downloaded the bittorrent installer...and it is currently "connecting to peers" i am downloading a 650mb file in shnf format on a broadband connection...how long will this take?

it should show an estimated download time remaining in the dialog box

On AVERAGE it shouldn't take more than 12 hours....but that's just based on my experience and my cable connection.
