Does anyone else think that Some Devil is better than a LOT of CDs out there, including some DMB ones?

Fun to listen to, definatley, but not mindblowing like BTCS. I also think another reason so many people have a boner for it is because it retains the allure that it's out of our reach. It's like people want what they can't have. Just my money.

Its good, but I think a lot of the songs are only done justice live whereas others are butchered live. I made a mix of some devil for my mom, and songs like Dodo, Save Me, and Stay or Leave I inserted the live versions in their place. Songs like Oh, So Damn Lucky, and Up and Away have great album versions but are subpar live. I kept those album versions.

I think the version done with Trey and Orchestra Baobob was amazing!

I am a big fan of Some Devil. As scary a thought of DMB breaking up is, this gives me confidence that we will get great music from Dave for years to come.
