you know in the intro and verse, he plays the first 2 chords and then strums sort of a half muted chord before he goes into the chord on fret 12?
does anyone know what that chord is?
is it still the same chord as the second one in the tab?
sounds a little diffferent

It's the keyboard, that's why it sounds different. He just plays a muted 12-fret-chord otherwise, like when he plays solo.

ya i can hear the keyboard live but i have an acoustic version where its definitely the guitar

the one you refer to in your post. it's the 3rd chord of the main intro/verse riff.
