i can't play 13331, or the 333 part with my ring finger or pinky, do i just have to keep practicing or what?

Yes practice is really the only thing that can help you with that , or you could do a little short cut and only play 1333 or 133 even

whenever i play it the high e gets muted

do you have big enough fingers to play the 333 with your middle, ring and pinky instead of barring them? That's how I would play that. I don't like to dislocate fingers with barres like that.

oh wait... i get what you're saying i feel stupid now, i can play it like that but i wish i could play it with my ring finger, because when i use all three fingers my index lags, so yeah.

Honestly, dont worry about the high e, just lay your ring finger across the fretboard to get as many strings as possible and keep your index on the bass string

Barr chords are so easy! Why do some people have so much trouble with them? They were one of the first guitar tricks I ever learned.
