Does anyone know why there are 22 blank tracks between Pay for what you get and #34?

They did that so that #34 would actually be track #34.

Yeh it was originally called #34, not titled that way because it's track 34 I believe.

it's titled #34, (as well as #36, #40, #41, #58) because that was dave's 34th (36th, 40th, 41th, 58th, etc.) song he wrote. I'm almost positive on that.
