quick cool edit question

when i listen to the track i've just recorded, it stops playing about every 30 seconds or so. i then have to go find where it was and hit play again. very frustrating. i know there must be a simple solution, any advice?

zoom out all the way, it only plays the portion of the song visible in waveform view at the time you pushed play. easiest way is to scroll down on your mouse's scroll wheel (hopefully your mouse has one). how you can tell if you're zoomed out all the way is the green/black lines above the waveform.

Or, use the play button with the circle around it, it plays from wherever you are on (past the right-edge of the window)
